Ceramic Pro Coating

Ceramic Pro Paint Protection

What is Ceramic Pro?

Ceramic Pro is the brand name for a ceramic coating, which is a liquid polymer applied to the exterior of a vehicle by hand. The coating bonds chemically with any car’s factory paint, creating an added layer of protection.

Keep in mind that ceramic coatings are different from paint protection films, but they’re an alternative to waxes used in cars. They are used to create a semi-permanent or permanent bond to protect new paint, which means that it will not break down or wash away quickly, and will not require constant application.

In short, Ceramic Pro will add a new layer of protection to the exterior of your car and will help in keeping its brand-new finish with very little maintenance needed. This innovating coating will make any car easier to clean and make it more resilient.

How does this differ compared to regular wax?

Even if you purchased the most expensive wax in the world, it will only protect your car’s exterior for a good 3 to 4 months. And every time you wash it, the protective layer diminishes. Upon first application, it will look great. But wait a week or two and the shine begins to fade, so expect the protection to fade too. The same is true with paint sealants. They are polymer based but it will only last for approximately 6 to 12 months and it will diminish every time you go out or wash it. Yes, there are benefits, but they are only good short term although they are more affordable.

Expect the ceramic coating to be more expensive, but you get a lot of benefits in return. You get a lot of UV protection, protection against chemicals, and are more long-lasting. It also provides a glossier look to your car compared to using regular wax.

Basically, a ceramic coating provides more layers of clear coat, preventing damage and will make your car easier to clean. You won’t have to apply it every few months too.

Why pay so much for this protection?

Even if your car is new, you cannot just rely on its paint job to protect the surface of your car. A ceramic coating will bond with the surface of the vehicle and will not be washed off easily or disturbed by any external elements. Unlike wax coatings, ceramic coatings won’t wear off even when exposed to changing weathers, dirt and grime, bird droppings, and acidic components.
There are still a lot of car owners that use wax to protect the surface of their cars, but this kind of sealant doesn’t offer a lot and easily wears off. This means that you’ll have to apply it more frequently in a year. A single coating of Ceramic Pro, on the other hand, won’t call for another wax job.
At first glance, you’d think that ceramic coating is too expensive for your budget but look at it from a different perspective. Traditional wax can last up to 3 months less, but let’s assume that it needs to be reapplied quarterly. Let’s say waxing costs $200, that’s $800 yearly. In the course of 3 years, you would spend $24,000 for a waxing job each quarter.
On the other hand, a ceramic coating can be semi-permanent or permanent with proper maintenance. That means there’s a pretty good chance you’ll only have to apply it once over the time you own that specific car. Let’s say you have to spend $1500 for a ceramic coating, that’s only $4,500 in the course of 3 years. That’s a lot of savings compared to regular waxing.

Benefits of Ceramic Pro

Glossier Car
To protect new paint and make it glossier than ever, a ceramic coating will do the job. It will enhance the reflective properties of your paint and will add clarity and depth to your paint.
Easier Cleaning
One of the most helpful features of a ceramic coating is that it can repel water. A hydrophobic ceramic coating will just make water slide off the surface, which means grime and mud will not easily bond with the paint of your car. When it’s time to wash your car, the contaminants can be removed much easier.
Protection from Etching and Chemical Stains
Your car is always at risk of stains from naturally acidic contaminants or chemicals. If you apply a ceramic coating, it will prevent chemicals from bonding to the paint of your car. In turn, this will make your vehicle more resistant to etching and staining, so long as you remove the contaminants immediately.
Protection from Oxidation or UV Damage
A car that’s always exposed to the sun will result in oxidation, which means your car paint will eventually fade or turn dull. Applying Ceramic Pro will preserve the paint of your car by protecting it from the sun’s UV rays.

I have a new vehicle, why would I use this service?

Every new car owner will always make sure that the car is regularly maintenance and washed in order to preserve its brand new appearance. If you want to keep the good looks of your new car and make it look new all the time, then a ceramic coating will do it for you. Should you want to clean it, you won’t have a hard time doing so. You’re assured that your car’s deep paint and gloss will be preserved for an extended period.
Ceramic coatings are not thick at all, so whatever you can do to improve how your car looks is always welcome. That said, you can always rely on the ease of finishing cleaning tasks -- you only need to wipe the excess off with a microfiber cloth and leave it off to cure. Afterward, your car will have water-resistant properties that will allow easier cleaning.

These things are the reason why a ceramic coat is beneficial even in new cars. The coating can last for years, unlike regular wax. Applying ceramic coating to your new car will only bring good results, especially in terms of protection.
